This is also called a simulacrum (a rather superficial resemblance to something, generally people-related stuff) and if you’re looking for them you’ll see them everywhere. Maybe not as a cancer, I mean, but in a tree or coffee or poop or something.
In any case, it certainly appears to be in a good mood for a malignant disease.
