This is how grudges start. Provided, of course, that either walks away from there.
Then again, knowing human nature, this would only make good grudge-fodder for future generations: “you great-great-great-great-grandfather stabbed my great-great-great-great-grandfather, that means I should stab you!”
Rinse. Repeat.
I know what was probably expected here was a joke about testicles but that is too easy.
Even for me.
A couple of good buddies enjoying a refreshing drink or two. Visual clues would also lead one to deduce that the beverages being imbibed are probably of an alcoholic nature.
I think, with this, I’ve nailed a theme for the cups suit. We shall see how this develops.
A geeky lady with a jet pack. It makes sense in some way, I’m positive.
You see, I make it a point not to fight inspiration. If my crazy brain tells me that the two of torches should be some floozy with a rocket fixation, who am I to argue?
The forging of all sorts sharpness. And trouble. Probably mostly trouble.
Research leads me to believe that the suit of swords is the most calamitous of the suits. I find that highly amusing for undisclosed reasons.

Not really sure what made me decide that jewels were better than coins as far as suits are concerned, but I did and now I’m not going to change it. I probably was chuckling to myself over some stupid “family jewels” joke.
I’m honestly not 100% sure what I was attempting to indicate here.
It really just seemed like a good idea.
Okay, so now that we are back on track. It’s high time I finished with that whole tarot thing…
As previously mentioned, there are two “arcanas” of tarot – the major (which I’ve previously posted) and the minor. I’m not entirely sure of the significance of the seperation (having not read the whole Wikipedia article or either of the books I borrowed from the library for research purposed). Now, apparently the minor is further broken down into four suits – corresponding to the four suits in a deck of playing cards. In tarot they are traditionally: staves/clubs, coins or pentacles/diamonds, swords/spades, and cups/hearts. I didn’t like the feel of two of the traditi0nal suits, so I changed them. This one here is the ace of one I changed and depicts the first ever fireman (the meanings of words change throughout time, you know).
I’m sure there is plenty of humorous potential in staves, but I decided that torches were funnier.
Striding through the land unchecked by man, beast, or loaf comes Connacht the Breadbarian to crush the sprinkle covered thrones of the world beneath his booted feet. Wielding his trusty Croissant Ax and enchanted baguette, Skull-Basher, there is nothing within the Baked Lands that Connacht fears.
And with this, we are back on track my friends. There are some more changes on the way for the ol’ Oatmeal, so stay tuned!
